Free U.S. Shipping

MIUVI offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. There is no minimum purchase required.

Processing

Orders typically require 1–3 business days to process before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, periods of high order volume, or other unexpected circumstances.

Estimated Delivery

After processing, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Multiple Items

Items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package or tracking number at no additional shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us at hello@shopmiuvi.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes before the order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit, or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@shopmiuvi.com with your order number. We'll review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
