Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your MIUVI purchase. Because our products are intended for pet use, returns are limited for health and hygiene reasons.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

* Unused and in its original condition
* Free from pet hair, water, food, dirt, odors, or other signs of use
* Returned with its original packaging and accessories

Opened or used pet products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

To request a return, email hello@shopmiuvi.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are nonrefundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MIUVI is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@shopmiuvi.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Nonreturnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

* Opened or used pet products
* Items showing signs of wear or pet use
* Items returned without prior approval
* Gift cards
* Final-sale items

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your approved return. If accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Please allow time for your bank or credit-card provider to process the refund. MIUVI reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the requirements stated above.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
